AllCar Rent-A-Car’s President, CEO Honored for Community Contributions
Gil Cygler was recognized as a King of Kings for his involvement in civic and business organizations in Brooklyn, N.Y.
The President and CEO of AllCar Rent-A-Car was honored along with a handful of other Brooklyn citizens at the King of Kings County Event, which recognizes Brooklyn's most influential residents for their achievements and contributions to the local community.
Gil Cygler was awarded for his active involvement in a number of civic and business organizations including sitting on the board of the American Car Rental Association, the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce, the Boy Scouts and the JCC of Canarsie.
The event took place on Sept. 27 at the El Caribe Country Club Caterers in Mill Basin. In addition to allowing honorees and the public to network, the event also included a business expo and charity raffle.
"It's a true honor to be receiving this award," Cygler said. "My father has always made a point of teaching me about the virtues of hard work, customer service and integrity. I think it's safe to say I share this award with him."
