Based on the smooth integration of CarsArrive, ATC-Onlane is already bringing forth new features from the marriage of the two companies, including a bulk upload tool that provides sellers moving a large volume of vehicles the ability to easily upload vehicle information.

Without the hassle of manually entering information for each vehicle separately, ATC-Onlane now enables sellers to simply upload any file format containing details of all the vehicles that need to be shipped. These vehicles are then made available to a carrier network of over 4,500 companies representing approximately 30,000 trucks.

In conjunction with the new bulk upload tool, ATC-Onlane’s sophisticated system intelligently groups and displays combined company loads together so that vehicles can be bundled more efficiently, resulting in lower overall costs for shippers. ATC-Onlane’s consignors can now find out how many unique carriers have viewed their load and then adjust pricing accordingly.

In addition to extensive Web-based tracking and inventory features, ATC-Onlane’s system enables vehicles to be exposed to a trusted network of nationwide carriers. Efficiently consolidating shipments for the carrier network greatly reduces cycle time and provides carriers with full visibility of available supply.

Using Web-based tools, carriers can extract loads and provide notification of pick up and drop off from their cell phones. All data is collated in real time to provide full visibility to shippers with a consolidated view of all their vehicles. Utilizing this data, including current truck routes and locations, ATC-Onlane can channel the load to the closest available qualified carrier.

In a number of cases, vehicles are being made available to carriers before they are even grounded at the pick-up location. By giving visibility of available freight to carriers in advance, vehicles are efficiently consolidated, providing carriers with an anticipated date of their arrival, greatly reducing cycle time.
