Conrac Solutions Project Delivery led pre-development, financing, deal terms and construction of the facility in coordination with Demattei Wong Architecture and Austin Commercial. Conrac Solutions also supported the asset manager and design team with operational considerations for the project in addition to overseeing activation and subsequent fueling and operations after the facility’s Oct. 2015 opening.
“The collective expertise of the Conrac Solutions family of companies allowed us to take on the complexity and challenges presented by a project of this caliber,” says Conrac Solutions CEO Desiree Pfeffer. “We are grateful to be recognized for the culmination of a six-year effort, which opened on time and under budget.”
