Auto Rental News has launched www.autorentalsummit.com, the online resource center for the 2012 Auto Rental Summit.
The Auto Rental Summit, held at the Marriott Hollywood Beach on the famed Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, is a gold-level training and education conference designed to improve customer service of car rental operations. Auto rental managers, executives and employees from corporate, franchised and independent companies from North America and overseas are invited to “Achieve Excellence” October 29 & 30 in Hollywood, Fla.

The website lists the agenda for the conference, speaker information, hotel information and registration instructions, as well as guidelines and entry instructions for the Auto Rental News Professional of the Year Awards. The Professional of the Year Awards honor three associates from auto rental companies worldwide who demonstrate and promote outstanding customer satisfaction within the car rental process. The winners will be recognized at the Summit.
