Avis Budget Group Honors 1,000 Employees in Customer Experience Program
Since Avis Budget Group launched its Customer Experience Owners (C.E.O.) program in 2011, the company has recognized more than 1,000 employees for providing notable service to customers.
Avis Budget Group Inc. reported Feb. 27 the company’s Company Experience Owners (C.E.O.) program has recognized more than 1,000 employees as Customer Experience Owners (C.E.O.s) for their customer service experiences.
The C.E.O. program was introduced in North America in 2011 to highlight the achievements of employees who have been praised by Avis Car Rental, Budget Car Rental and Budget Truck Rental customers for providing notable service.
C.E.O.s range from customer service representatives, rental sales associates, service agents, vehicle dispatchers and managers.
Avis Budget Group's C.E.O. program is part of the company's "Customer Led, Service Driven" initiative to helps ensure that team members meet or exceed the needs, wants and preferences of Avis and Budget customers.
