Avis Budget Named Car Rental Partner for JetBlue

This partnership allows Avis Budget to promote its Avis, Budget and Payless Car Rental brands and provide offers to JetBlue customers.

Avis Budget Group Inc. is now the exclusive car rental partner of JetBlue and JetBlue's TrueBlue loyalty rewards program.

The partnership enables Avis Budget to promote its Avis Car Rental, Budget Car Rental and Payless Car Rental brands, products and services as well as provide offers directly to JetBlue customers and TrueBlue members, according to Avis Budget.

When renting with Avis or Budget for five days or less, TrueBlue members are able to earn 100 TrueBlue points; those with Mosaic status can earn 200 TrueBlue points per day on rentals of up to five days.

In celebration of the partnership, now through Feb. 29, 2016, TrueBlue members will receive additional benefits. TrueBlue members, who rent an Avis vehicle, can save up to 35% earn 600 bonus points on rentals of three or more days and receive a complimentary upgrade, according to Avis Budget. TrueBlue members who choose Budget can save up to 30%, earn triple bonus points per day on rentals of two or more days and receive a complimentary upgrade.
