Avis Budget’s “Pay Now” Reduces Time at Counter
By using the online “Pay Now” option to pay for rentals in advance, Avis Car Rental and Budget Car Rental customers can use the new express lane at Avis and Budget rental counters.
By using the online “Pay Now” option to pay for rentals in advance, Avis Car Rental and Budget Car Rental customers can benefit from a new expedited checkout service.
These customers can now utilize the new express lane at Avis and Budget rental counters and complete the rental process more quickly, says Avis Budget Group.
"Customers typically choose to pay for their rentals in advance as a way to lock in discounted rates,” said Tom Gartland, president, North America, Avis Budget Group. “For example, taking advantage of Budget's Pay Now rates in San Francisco can save customers approximately $5 to $40 on a daily rental, or approximately $25 to $125 for a weekend rental. We're happy to enhance our Pay Now option and enable customers to save money and time, so they can make the most out of their business or leisure travels."
“Pay Now” expedited checkout is available at more than 100 U.S. rental facilities. Participating locations are identified through banner ads during the car selection step of the reservation process and signage at the rental counters, according to Avis Budget.
For more information or to make a “Pay Now” reservation, visit www.avis.com or www.budget.com.
