NetJets, a private aviation provider, has named Avis Car Rental as “Grand Transportation Provider of the Year.”
The award was presented to Avis representatives at NetJets headquarters in Columbus in recognition of outstanding service, commitment and dedication on the part of Avis and its employees, according to the company.
"NetJets provides a high-touch private aviation experience so as to allow its customers to focus on their own priorities," said Tom Villani, vice president, global travel and partnerships, Avis Budget Group. "We understand the needs of their customers and are committed to consistently delivering superior service that exceeds their expectations. We're honored to receive this distinguished award."
Since 2003, Avis Car Rental has been a car rental partner for NetJets owners. Avis serves private aviation companies like NetJets at Fixed Base Operations (FBOs) around the country, with vehicle delivery and pick-up service, says the company.
