Avis Offers Military Discount for Purchased Vehicles

Partnering with Veterans Advantage, Avis Budget Group is providing a $750 discount to military personnel who purchase a late-model Avis or Budget rental vehicle.

Partnering with Veterans Advantage, Avis Budget Group is offering U.S. active duty, military veterans, National Guardsmen and Reservists and their families a special $750 discount on the purchase of a late-model Avis Car Rental or Budget Car Rental vehicle.

Veterans Advantage members can choose from 75 makes and models, including BMW, Ford, General Motors, Hyundai, Nissan, Toyota and Volkswagen.

“Avis Budget Group has been providing Veterans Advantage members with car and truck rental savings and exclusive offers for more than 12 years,” said Tom Gartland, president, North America, Avis Budget Group. “We’re proud to team up with Veterans Advantage to offer military personnel and their families another vehicle purchase discount that will help them get the best possible value in a preowned car.”


Other benefits for Veterans Advantage members include:

  • Extensive inventory of well-maintained, low-mileage vehicles still under manufacturer warranty.

  • Financing and trade-in options.

  • "Ultimate Test Drive” — test drives ranging from two hours to as long as three days.

  • A personal auto consultant, via AutoNation Direct, who can answer questions about financing, trade-in options, available warranties and related services.
