Avis Budget Group, Inc. has partnered with Continental to offer a completely mobile car rental experience with keyless entry and ignition at the car rental company’s “Mobility Lab” in the Kansas City area.
Select vehicles in the Avis rental fleet are equipped with Continental’s Key-as-a-Service technology, which allows customers to start the vehicle’s engine and lock and unlock the car directly from the Avis mobile app.

Avis Budget Group’s “Mobility Lab,” which is made up of more than 20 car rental locations throughout the Kansas City area, offers a fleet of connected cars that work with the company’s management platform and Avis mobile app to provide customers with a next generation user experience from end to end.
