The Bismarck City Commission has decided to work with Conrac Solutions, an operator of consolidated airport facilities, to build and operate a car wash at Bismarck Municipal Airport, according to a report by the Bismarck Tribune.
Conrac Solutions will build a consolidated car wash for three car rental companies, leasing counter space under a tentative proposal, Josh Askvig, Bismarck City Commissioner, told the Bismarck Tribune.

Initially, airport officials had planned to build the consolidated car wash with $2 million in airport cash reserves, but officials realized that the airport needed the cash reserves to help finance $50 million in runway repairs, according to the report.
To earn revenue for Conrac Solutions, Greg Haug, the airport manager, told the Bismarck Tribune that charges would be added to car rental fees.
