Budget and Extra Space Storage Sign Concession and Marketing Agreement
The agreement will put Extra Space Storage kiosks at select Budget Truck Rental locations and Budget rental trucks on site at certain Extra Space Storage locations.
Budget Truck Rental and Extra Space Storage have teamed up so that select Extra Space Storage locations across the United States will feature Budget rental trucks on site, according to an Oct. 24 press release. As well, customers seeking a self-storage solution can find Extra Space Storage reservation kiosks at select Budget Truck Rental facilities.
Under the new alliance, Extra Space Storage and Budget Truck Rental will promote each other's products and services through Point of Sale materials, websites and email campaigns. Budget Truck Rental will also be featured on Extra Space Storage's official website, www.extraspace.com, offering significant visibility.
"Reaching self-storage customers during the reservation process and providing them with convenient, on-site access to quality trucks is the perfect way to build brand awareness and generate incremental rentals," said Michael J.
