Budget Car Rental has earned the "Most Satisfied Customers Award" by ratings company Canstar Blue.
According to this car rental customer satisfaction survey in Australia, Budget received the highest ratings in five categories, including overall satisfaction, service, vehicle availability, booking process and cost and fee transparency.
Canstar Blue’s study surveyed 2,500 consumers who have rented a car in Australia in the last 12 months.
