PARSIPPANY, N.J. -- Budget Rent A Car System yesterday launched a program designed for owners of small businesses.

Benefits of the free program include: low corporate rates with unlimited mileage, or if a lower rate is available at the time of reservation, an additional discount of up to 10% off the promotional rate; no additional driver fees with the corporate rate; and complimentary Fastbreak service so that travelers can bypass the counter and go directly to their car of choice.

In addition, all travelers can take advantage of "Rapid Return" at major airport locations, enabling them to return their cars and obtain receipts right in the lot, without ever visiting the counter.
