Car Rental Express Adds Customer Commentary to Ratings
The independent car rental agency comparison site enabled comments from renters to its ‘Renter Rated’ rating system.
Car Rental Express, an independent car rental agency comparison site, announced the expansion of its rating system on Dec. 27.
Renters can now add comments about their rental experience in addition to rating the rental. Car Rental Express said the commentary will add to the average rating for agencies.
Currently, the “Renter Rated” system is based on a 1 to 5 star rating to cover 10 categories including overall rating, promptness, rate-quote honored, staff knowledge, courteousness, vehicle availability, overall satisfaction, fairness of policies, good value, would rent again and recommend to others.
More than 300 agencies on the site have thousands of ratings by individual renters, according to Car Rental Express.
