Using the mobile app or website, customers can locate a vehicle to pick up in the 36-square mile car2go Brooklyn Home Area. Customers can return the vehicle when they are finished to the Home area in any on-street non-metered space.

“We are super pumped that Brooklyn residents and visitors now have the opportunity to use our simple point-to-point carsharing service to navigate around the borough,” said Paul DeLong, CMO of car2go North America. “We are truly committed to the communities we serve, and we look forward to interacting with all residents, while providing a much needed stress-free transport solution to their everyday lives.”

Along with the launch, the company is offering free member registration and 30 minutes of driving credit for a limited time using promotional code BKLYN at Brooklyn.car2go.com.
