In Miami, car2go is providing a discount on its per-minute prices for a one-month period. the per-minute price has dropped from 41 cents to 19 cents.

In Miami, car2go is providing a discount on its per-minute prices for a one-month period, according to a report by the Miami Herald.

The per-minute price has dropped from 41 cents per minutes to 19 cents per minute. This includes tools, fuel, maintenance, parking and insurance, according to the report.

Additionally, car2go has discounted its one-time registration fee from $35 to $5 for the next month. The promotion code is HOPIN.

“Our expansion in Miami Beach has been a huge win for us over the past month,” Paul Delong, CEO of car2go North America, told the Miami Herald. “We think with a promotion like this, maybe it will inspire more people to rethink the way they move around Miami.”

car2go is offering the one-month promotion in four of its other U.S. markets: Austin, Minneapolis, Denver and Columbus, according to the report.
