Carl’s Van Rentals Offers Volvo S60 and XC90
This Orlando-based rental company will provide both luxury vehicles over the summer.
Carl’s Van Rentals has announced the evolution of its Orlando rental selections by introducing Volvo’s 2014 luxury models. In addition to trucks and vans, customers can rent Volvo’s luxury sedan (the S60) or the spacious SUV crossover (the XC90) throughout the summer of 2013.
Eric Libby, operations manager for Carl’s Van Rentals, decided to rent Volvo’s newest models in an effort to increase customer awareness that such luxury vehicles can be attainable and reasonably priced.
“We have worked diligently to expand our business into the luxury sedan and SUV rental market, but without dramatically raising daily rental prices on those vehicles,” Libby said. “We frequently have inquiries about SUV and car rental options, and the time has come for us to satiate the needs of our customer base.”
Within the S60 sedan, drivers will find a pedestrian detection and auto-brake system. The XC90 SUV comes with safety features such as anti-skid technology and improved side-impact protection. In addition, both vehicles are made of mostly recyclable materials.
