To access the CarRentals.com mobile site, users can go to www.carrentals.com. The site detects the usage of a PDA or smartphone and redirects users to a page designed for the screen size.
CarRentals.com has also set up mobile.carrentals.com, allowing direct access to the mobile reservation Web site.
Rental operators can now detect and act on speeding while vehicles are still on rent, thereby reducing fines, admin workload, vehicle wear, and safety risks.
