Croatian rental car company Carwiz International announced in a statement plans to introduce solutions to enable its partners to increase the number of positive online reviews and user satisfaction. Fast Review is a web application that assists in successful management and brand strengthening on a global scale. The mobile application works by placing a Fast Review card inside business offices, and the user shares their experience by simply leaning their phone against the card.
As they point out in Carwiz, it was established that an unsatisfied client will put in a lot more effort in order to share dissatisfaction, while satisfied ones, due to lack of time, will not leave a review at all.
"The reason we decided to take this step is precisely this simplified process of leaving reviews, given that Fast Review allows a person to write a review and satisfaction with the company in just 20 seconds," said the founder and CEO of Carwiz International, Krešimir Dobrilović in the statement. "Negative reviews, even just a few, will cast a negative light on the company and, as a result, result in fewer reservations." Dobrilović added that Fast Review cards are being introduced globally so all Carwiz countries will now implement a new system in its offices with the goal of increasing user satisfaction.
Carwiz Serbia is the first location to implement this new system, which the franchise claims has resulted in an increase in the overall number of reviews, providing a clearer picture and insight into its way of business. Users are now able to leave a realistic review in a short period of time that is proportionate to the actual quality of the service.
Carwiz Croatia has also recently implemented a new Fast Review system in its operations, and the plan is to introduce the new system to other countries where the Carwiz franchise operates.
This method of working also allows franchise partners to gain insight into the efficiency and work of office employees because it is through positive or negative evaluations that employees will be able to achieve better results and be more productive, which will also increase client satisfaction.
"It has been proven that online reviews influence more than 90% of consumers prior to purchase and that more than 70% of consumers trust the local business more if the business have positive online reviews," added Petar Aračić, founder and CEO of Fast Review in the statement. "Having this in mind, many global businesses decided to start using Fast Review application. Fast Review will assist you in receiving more positive online reviews and customers feedback while they are still using your business and while the impressions are fresh, but also to strengthen the brand vision and maintain consumer satisfaction."
The goal is to gain a stronger market position and establish a positive and credible reputation, which is crucial for global brand strengthening.
