In his seminar, “What Your Angry Customers Won’t Tell You,” Elliott will reveal the top sources of car rental complaints based on his hundreds of interactions and mediations with car rental companies and their customers.

“We expect a frank yet constructive dialogue on customer service from the other side of the counter,” said Chris Brown, executive editor of Auto Rental News. “By understanding what makes car rental customers mad, car rental companies can better formulate strategies to winning those customers back.”

Now in its second year, Auto Rental Summit is a groundbreaking training and education conference designed to improve customer service and enhance revenue of car rental operations. Auto rental managers, executives and employees from corporate, franchised and independent companies from North America and overseas are invited to attend.

The speakers, seminar topics, round tables and networking events for the 2013 Auto Rental Summit have been finalized and can be found at www.autorentalsummit.com.
