ATLANTA –- The Connico/Boyken Advantage has been named to manage costs and schedules for the design phase of the consolidated rental agency complex, dubbed CONRAC, at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta.
Hartsfield Jackson CONRAC Design Consultants retained the joint venture between Connico Inc. and Boyken International Inc.
The $145 million project's design is expected to be ready by September 2005. Construction is scheduled for completion by September 2007. The project location is a 100-acre site south of Camp Creek Parkway and west of Interstate 85. CONRAC's main components include a customer service center, parking garages and quick turnaround facilities.
"We're pleased to be expanding our role in the expansion of the world's busiest airport, tapping the resources of two firms with deep airport experience," said Donald R. Boyken, chairman and CEO of Boyken International.
