Conrac Solutions LLC, an operator of consolidated airport facilities, has appointed Desiree Pfeffer as the new chief executive officer — effective Dec. 1.
Additionally, Matthew Fairbanks has been named president of the company, Anthony Criddle has been appointed vice president of operations and Amy Barnes has been named vice president of client relations.
The new investors and leadership team acquired an interest in the firm from founder Mark Pfeffer, who will remain on the board and continue to engage in strategy and business development for the firm, according to Conrac Solutions.
“We are excited to add Desiree’s leadership to our team,” said Fairbanks. “Her history of strategic consulting for the firm, together with her operational experience, will allow us to further expand our innovative approaches as operators and to deliver continued long-term cost savings and operational successes for the rental car industry.”
Pfeffer brings more than 15 years of experience in executive corporate officer roles, including five years as CEO/investor in commercial start-up and growth oriented companies with domestic and international projects. As CEO and owner of Source Solutions, a professional investment, management and consulting practice, Pfeffer specialized in business strategy, regulatory and federal contracting.
“There is tremendous opportunity ahead,” said Pfeffer. “I am excited to work with the talented professionals at Conrac Solutions and to expand our suite of services and uphold our reputation as an innovative company dedicated to serving the rental car industry.”
