Conrac Solutions Names Chief Financial and Administrative Officer
James Gill joins Conrac Solutions as chief financial and administrative officer overseeing finance, human resources, information technology, and administration for the company.

Consolidated rent-a-car facility developer, operator, and financier Conrac Solutions announced in a statement that James R. Gill has been appointed as chief financial and administrative officer, effective Jan. 9, 2023.
“I am pleased to join Conrac Solutions,” said Gill in the statement. “I believe CS has an effective business model and a talented leadership team which uniquely qualifies them to deliver effectively at the intersection of the rent-a-car industry, airports, and infrastructure.”
Gill joined Conrac Solutions on the heels of his most recent role as general manager of New Jersey airports for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey during which he oversaw operations and management of Newark Liberty International Airport and Teterboro Airport. Prior, he served as director at the business and aviation consulting firm Jacobs, CFO and deputy airport director for Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority in North Carolina, and president and CEO of Gerald R. Ford International Airport in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
“We are looking forward to having Jim’s talent, expertise, and experience on board,” added Conrac Solutions’ CEO Michael Minerva. “He brings a wealth of knowledge to the team in the areas of leadership and finance along with a strategic and fiscally conscience approach to the current and future rent-a-car industry and airports CS serves through the Tenant Development Approach.”
Gill will oversee operational functions including finance, human resources, information technology, and administration with responsibility for financial performance, compliance, and capital and operating budgets. He holds certification as an Accredited Airport Executive through the American Association of Airport Executives and is accredited as an International Airport Professional.
