Conrac Solutions, a consolidated rent-a-car facility developer, operator, and financier, has announced that Michael J. Minerva has been appointed as CEO, effective Jan. 1, 2022.

Minerva brings 30-years of airline industry experience to his position with Conrac Solutions. “I am eager and honored to join the team at Conrac Solutions and to help serve both the rent-a-car and airport industries,” Minerva says. “Having worked with the company for nearly a year, I have seen how the top-notch Conrac Solutions team can continue to grow with its unique approaches to airport development, project finance, and ConRAC operations.”

Mark Pfeffer, founder of Conrac Solutions and current CEO, will transition his role to chairman of the board, driving company strategic initiatives, including vehicle electrification at ground transportation centers, Small Market Program mobile quick turn-around solutions, and expanding private equity participation in airport infrastructure.

“I’m proud of Conrac Solutions,” Pfeffer says. “We were the first to break ground in the privatized delivery of ConRAC facilities in 2007, and since then have grown to achieve national recognition for what we can bring to the table. The executive team of Conrac Solutions has worked with Mike since October 2020 as a key member of the business development team. We are excited to have his experience and vision in his new role.”
