Daimer Industries Inc. unveiled a high-powered carpet cleaner for the car rental industry on Feb. 14. The XTreme Power XPH-9300U is ideal for rental car companies looking to clean as many cars as possible to have available for customers, according to the company.

Adjustable Temperature Control technology and two powerful heating elements in the machines allow for the maintenance of different types of carpets or types of fibers. The machine uses Low Flow technology that cuts drying time down to an hour by reducing the use of water.

It also features Modular System Design and Self-Maintenance Engineering to easily maintain and replace parts when necessary.

Its other features include a 17 gallon solution tank and 15 gallon recovery tank, a 4 foot single jet upholstery wand for cleaning upholstered surfaces and carpets in cars, a high pressure level of 220 psi and temperatures up to 210º F.

“Thorough cleaning of car interiors, including panels, dash area, seats, windows and carpets, requires the use of highly-rugged auto detailing machines,” said Matthew Baratta, Daimer Industries spokesman. “Daimer is extremely proud to offer a carpet cleaning equipment that effectively cleans with pressurized hot water and helps eliminate buildup on fabric and carpeted surfaces.”

Daimer said big companies prefer its machines for their efficiency and durability.
