Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group Adds Three Airport Locations in 2012
The newest of the three corporate locations, will be a Dollar Rent A Car location at the Burlington International Airport (BTV) in Vermont.
Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group Inc. will open a new corporate airport location in Burlington, Vt. this July, the company announced May 16. The new Dollar Rent A Car location will be at the Burlington International Airport (BTV).
The new location follows the company’s two recent openings this year at the John F. Kennedy Airport (JFK) in New York, N.Y. which opened on March 1, 2012 and the re-establishment of a Dollar Rent A Car location at the Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport (BRO) in Brownsville, Texas on May 1.
“One of our stated goals as we began the year was to identify opportunities to grow profitable revenue through new store openings,” said Scott Thompson, chairman, president and CEO of Dollar Thrifty. “We are pleased to expand our footprint into these three markets, and we will continue to seek opportunities for further growth in 2012.”
