Dollar, Thrifty Join NFM Group in Poland
NFM Group will be representing the two brands in Poland, with plans to add more rental facilities for the brands in 2017.
Thrifty Car Rental and Dollar Rent a Car will now be operating under NFM Group within Poland, according to a report by the Warsaw Business Journal.
NFM Group is an independent automotive company that offers short-term and long-term rentals. The additions to NFM group will help the company expand its business scale and offer better products for each customer segment, says the report.
“The introduction of Dollar and Thrifty to the NFM Group’s brand portfolio compliments our offer,” Paweł Piórkowski, president of the board, CEO of Rent a Car Business, told the Warsaw Business Journal. “Now, clients in Poland can choose between premium car rental services, represented by Hertz, get the best bargain prices in Thrifty’s offer, opt for the simplicity and expedience offered by Dollar, or use the economy services of Firefly.”
NFM group is planning to open more rental centers in airports and cities across Poland. Dollar and Thrifty will have 24 rental points in 2017, according to the report.
