Enterprise Rent-A-Car has been named as NHS Scotland’s primary car rental supplier. This relationship is intended to help NHS Scotland — Scotland’s largest public sector organization and employer — reduce its transportation costs, says Enterprise.
“Rental is a highly efficient way to manage business travel,” said Adrian Bewley, Enterprise Rent-A-Car’s director of business rental U.K. & Ireland. “Public sector bodies can use car rentals to reduce costs and lower fleet CO2 emissions.”
Under this agreement, all NHS staff looking to rent a vehicle will first be directed to their local Enterprise branch, says the company.
