Enterprise Call Center Inundated with Job Applicants
The customer claims processing call center, still under construction, is hiring for positions in areas such as billing, recovery, and support.
The competitive job market is on full display in west Gainesville, Florida. About 800 people have applied for jobs at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car customer claims processing call center under construction in west Gainesville, Florida.
After receiving many calls and e-mails from job seekers, the center began taking applications weeks early. Enterprise has been taking applications for billers, examiners, recovery specialists, phone representatives, and support clerks.
The call center opens June 1 and will process physical damage and property claims for Enterprise, Alamo Rent A Car and National Car Rental under the name EAN Services, a subsidiary of Enterprise.
The claims center jobs pay $11 to $18 an hour for entry-level positions with full benefits, including medical, 401(k), and profit sharing. The company is taking applications on the Web at go.enterprise.com. Hiring will continue through about mid-July.
