Enterprise Holdings Wins GBTA Sustainability Award
The Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) has honored Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car with its Sustainability Outstanding Achievement Award.
Enterprise Holdings received the Sustainability Outstanding Achievement Award from the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) at the 18th Annual GBTA Foundation Gala Dinner in New York on May 11.
The award was sponsored by the GBTA’s Project ICARUS sustainability program and was designed to highlight leadership, innovation and commitment to developing sustainable programs, products and services for business travelers.
Enterprise was recognized for its fuel and engine technologies, services that reduce the company’s carbon footprint and for implementing operational efficiencies that reduce energy use across its branch locations.
“Providing long-term benefits and seamless transportation solutions to our customers, partners and communities is the hallmark of Enterprise's approach to sustainability,” said Brad Carr, vice president of corporate business development for Enterprise Holdings.
