Enterprise is launching Phase 2 of its "Plus Your Points" customer loyalty promotion, the rental agency announced.
Phase 2 includes several new ways that promotion participants can earn bonus points, which are known as “badges.” New features include:
Redemption Badge: Participants can earn a one-time bonus of 150 points when they apply existing points toward a free rental day
Survey Badge: Participants can earn a one-time bonus of 75 points when they click to complete a brief online survey
Car Sales Badge: Participants can earn a one-time bonus of 50 points when they click to learn more about starting an online Enterprise Car Sales purchase
Extended Rental Badge: Participants can earn 500 bonus points for each qualifying rental that is greater than 28 days
Rental operators can now detect and act on speeding while vehicles are still on rent, thereby reducing fines, admin workload, vehicle wear, and safety risks.
