For the fifth year in a row, Enterprise Rent-A-Car has been recognized as the “Most Admired Car Rental Company” by readers of The Beat, a travel business newsletter.
Enterprise was honored as the company that participants “most admire for its policies, management style and service for business clients.”
Brad Carr, Enterprise Holdings vice president, accepted the award at The Beat Live conference in New Orleans on Oct. 8.
“Exceeding customers’ expectations and maintaining a superior standard of quality service has always been a top priority for our brand and the driving force behind our business,” said Carr. “Receiving this honor for five straight years demonstrates that our commitment to customer service is well known among our partners in the travel industry, and we’re working hard to keep it that way.”
The seventh annual Beat Readers’ Choice Awards were based on responses from a poll conducted this summer, which surveyed top corporate travel buyers, travel suppliers, travel management executives, analysts and media.
