Caroyln Eiseman, Enterprise Holdings’ director of employer brand marketing communication, received the Talent Warrior award.
Glassdoor recognized Enterprise with its inaugural Talent Warrior Award, a list of the top 10 companies that excel in social recruiting.
Enterprise Holdings — which owns and operates the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Alamo Rent A Car and National Car Rental brands — credits Glassdoor (a free jobs and career community) as one of its largest sources of hires through digital networks. In addition, Enterprise Holdings uses other social networks, including LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter, to engage with prospective candidates.

Due to her active engagement in the job and careers community, Carolyn Eiseman, Enterprise Holdings’ director of employer brand marketing communication, received the award.
“Social recruiting is a critical component of our hiring strategy, and the Talent Warrior designation certainly reaffirms the success of this approach,” said Eiseman.
According to Glassdoor, nearly 80% of job seekers are likely to use social media in their job search. For example, Enterprise Holdings’ Vice President of Talent Acquisition Marie Artim notes, “The reality is that candidates are online talking about our company, so we need to be on those channels doing the same.”
Glassdoor considered more than 300 human resources and recruiting professionals for the Talent Warrior Awards, which honor leaders who displayed proven success via social channels by using a mix of hiring and employment branding techniques.
