Enterprise Rent-A-Car Named 2012 ‘Most Iconic Brand’
The 2012 Harris Poll EquiTrend Study recognized Enterprise in the car rental category.
Enterprise Rent-A-Car received the highest ranking in the car rental category in a study conducted by Harris Interactive, one of the world's leading custom market research firms. Enterprise was named a “Brand of the Year.”
Every year consumers identify brands as leaders in their industry in the Harris Poll EquiTrend Study. The study examines more than 1,500 brands in 127 product categories and ranks each one based on responses from consumers.
From Jan. 31 to Feb. 20 this year, 38,529 U.S consumers participated in the online survey to rate a minimum of 40 brands in each category.
“It's not surprising why these perennial leaders continue to stay on top,” said Aron Galonsky, senior vice president for Harris Interactive's Brand and Communication Consulting group. “They continually deliver a consistent and balanced brand experience, year after year, that really resonates with the consumer.”
