Enterprise Tops J.D. Power Rental Car Satisfaction Study
Enterprise ranks highest in satisfying rental car customers for a fourth consecutive year, though customer satisfaction for industry declines.
For the fourth consecutive year, Enterprise Rent-A-Car ranks highest in customer satisfaction among airport rental car companies, according to a J.D. Power and Associates study
The car rental company received the highest rating in five of the six factors measured: pick-up process, rental car, shuttle bus/van service, return process, and costs and fees.
Enterprise is the fastest-growing rental car company in the airport segment, steadily expanding to airports over the past decade.
The study, which draws from the evaluations of 5,859 people who rented an automobile at an airport location between September 2006 and October 2007, is an independent, nationally representative measurement of customer satisfaction among North American rental car customers who rent at or near airports.
Enterprise has opened about one on-airport location per month so far in 2007 and will continue to add locations.
