Europcar Awards International Franchisee Networks
The company said it wanted to honor its franchisees as it looks to expand its network in 2013 with franchise openings planned for Puerto Rico, Singapore, Paraguay, Bolivia, South Korea and Vietnam.
Europcar announced March 6 that it has honored its best performing franchisees at the ITB trade show in Berlin for their efforts in addressing customer needs.
Franchisees were nominated in five categories including Best Performer, Technical Solutions, Customer Satisfaction, Commercial Vehicles and Best Newcomer.
Best Performer: Europcar Zambia
Customer Satisfaction: Europcar Switzerland
Technical Solutions: Europcar Oman
Best Newcomer: Europcar Chile
Commercial Vehicles: Europcar Denmark
“We have created these awards to highlight the best performances and share the best practices,” said Europcar International Chief Commercial Officer Marcus Bernhardt. “Our franchisees bring the Europcar brand a worldwide presence and high visibility, but also a great diversity to address our customers needs. This is a strong asset we wanted to acknowledge and emphasize as we plan to develop further the Europcar franchisees' network within the next years.”
Europcar plans to expand its network in 2013 with openings in Puerto Rico, Singapore, Paraguay, Bolivia, South Korea and Vietnam.
