Europcar Launches eReady Booking Tool
eReady is a free new service that delivers faster car rental pick-up for customers who pay in advance and provide all information necessary for Europcar to prepare the paperwork before the rental is picked up.
Europcar launched on Oct. 2 a new fast-track service, eReady, for its corporate customers.
After selecting the eReady service and paying in advance online when booking the rental, customers provide information such as credit card and customer details in order for Europcar to prepare the paperwork beforehand. At the time of pick up, customers are helped at a “Ready Service” counter where they immediately receive their vehicle.
Bookings must be made 48 hours before the rental and customers need to set up a Europcar ID.
eReady will be available at many Europcar locations in the UK, as well as across Australia, Europe and New Zealand.
“Europcar is continually developing services that support the needs of our corporate customers” said Europcar UK Group Managing Director Ken McCall. “We know that business travel can be stressful and as such we aim to offer practical, seamless and efficient solutions to keep business drivers on the move.”
