Europcar New Zealand Adds BMW 3 Series Vehicles to Fleet
Europcar is the first New Zealand rental company to offer BMW 3 series vehicles in its fleet.
Europcar is the first rental car company in New Zealand to add a fleet of BMW 3 Series to its model portfolio.
“The new BMW 3 Series is an exciting addition to the Europcar fleet and will be available for rental in the North Island and South Island,” said Steve Whyte, Europcar New Zealand general manager. “We’re looking forward to the new BMW 3 Series fulfilling customer demand for a premium, green, safe and sporty new car offering.”
According to Nina Englert, managing director of BMW Group New Zealand, BMW was delighted to have the BMW 3 Series as part of the Europcar fleet, giving more drivers the opportunity to experience the vehicle’s features.
The BMW 3 Series features an eight-speed automatic sport gearbox with gearshift paddles on the steering wheel. And when it comes to BMW EfficientDynamics technology, the transmission is one element that provides more power yet uses less fuel, which is further aided by auto stop/start and brake energy regeneration.
