First Car Rental has added design wraps to the exterior of its rental vehicles to increase awareness of its campaign for The Rhino Orphanage in South Africa. The Rhino Orphanage cares for and rehabilitates orphan rhinos traumatized by poachers.
First Car Rental received a donation of four Nissan Juke cars to use for a year from Nissan South Africa. After having its ad agency design the wrap, Graffiti, a marketing company, created the vehicle wraps.
The wraps feature a mother and baby rhino with interactive social media messaging, encouraging the public to participate in the campaign. When someone spots one of the Jukes, they can take pictures with the cars and upload them to social media for a chance to win prizes.
