Fox Rent A Car recently expanded its location at the San Jose Mineta International Airport (SJC), following growth in the company’s market share.
The branch has added a wider variety of fleet vehicles, including premium and eco-friendly models.
It also installed ready-line spaces to speed up service and reduce customer wait times. The company streamlined its rental process by investing in technology and service improvements at SJC and received higher customer satisfaction scores.
With this growth, Fox Rent A Car can compete more strongly in the San Jose market, offering its value and convenience to a growing customer base.
Looking ahead, Fox plans to grow further in the Bay Area, adding more vehicles and enhancing customer service.
“As we’ve grown our presence at SJC, we’ve focused on making sure every customer feels the impact of that growth, whether it’s through faster service, expanded vehicle choices or simply demonstrating how much we value their time,” said David Walker, senior director of West region operations for Fox Rent A Car, in a Nov. 14 news release. “Expanding here has been about more than just adding cars. It’s about deepening our connection to the Bay Area and providing an experience that leaves a lasting impression.”
