Fox Rent A Car is hiring a city manager to oversee its San Francisco airport location.
The candidate must have five years experience as a city or location manager for a major car rental company, and a minimum of two years operating a large airport location. The candidate must be able to coordinate and direct staff to improve overall service and achieve business plan objectives in service and monetary goals.
A four-year college degree is preferred from the candidate, but may be substituted by years of experience in car rental industry as a qualifier. The years of experience must be in addition to the required five years experience in rental car management.
In addition, a successful candidate will have great verbal, written and listening skills; ability to organize, plan and prioritize issues and tasks toward best results; create and promote a team environment to all employees. A candidate must also have good organizational skills and the ability to multitask when necessary, as well as good delegation and mentoring skills. The candidate should also have good computer and Microsoft Office skills.
