Green Motion has have been awarded the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) Safe Travels Stamp. The WTTC represents the global travel and tourism private sector and last month unveiled a range of new worldwide measures to restart the sector, designed to rebuild confidence among consumers so they can travel safely once restrictions are lifted.
The Safe Travels Stamp is the WTTC's "Global Safety Stamp of Approval to Recognise Safe Travels Protocols." The specially designed stamp will allow travelers to recognize governments and companies around the world which have adopted health and hygiene global standardized protocols.
The Green Motion COVID-19 Shield Customer & Staff Safety protocols include the installation of protective screens, intensive vehicle and location sanitisation processes, provision of masks/face shields and gloves for staff, as well as provision of sanitising gels and wipes for customers.
Each Green Motion car rental location also has strict social distancing measures in place, reinforced by floor stickers and signage.
