Hertz Announces Mobile Wi-Fi Service In Italy
Hertz Italy is offering customers high-speed Internet for up to eight devices through its Mobile Wi-Fi service.
In a partnership with Wind Mobile, the Hertz Corp. launched a Mobile Wi-Fi service in Italy for Hertz car rental customers on Nov. 21. Hertz Mobile Wi-Fi enables customers to benefit from secure Internet connectivity throughout Italy.
Starting at $10 per day for the first seven days, the service allows Hertz customers to browse at with unlimited data for downloading and uploading.
Customers can connect up to eight devices at the same time, such as smartphones, tablets, notebooks and mini game consoles. The pocket-sized device is rechargeable by USB and through a mobile charger provided at the time of rental.
The Hertz Mobile Wi-Fi service is currently available from the Hertz locations in Rome Fiumicino, Milan Malpensa, Bergamo Airport, Pisa Airport and Catania Airport.
Hertz's Mobile Wi-Fi service also operates in Australia, Canary Islands, New Zealand, Spain and the UK.
