Hertz Announces Partnership with Premiership Football Club in the UK
As the West Bromwich Albion official car rental company, Hertz UK will allow fans to travel to home or away games in a discounted car rental.
The Hertz Corp. announced on Aug. 1 that Hertz UK will be the official car rental company of the Premiership football club West Bromwich Albion.
Football fans will be provided with a discounted car rental when making a reservation though the microsite www.hertz.co.uk/wba.
Renters can choose from all cars across Hertz’s fleet including the Family, Fun/Adrenaline, Prestige and Green Collections.
In addition to the 10% discount for the club’s fans, Hertz will offer accelerated membership to Hertz #1 Club Gold. As a gold member, renters can benefit from discounted rates and special offers, earn Gold Plus Reward Points and benefit from faster reservations.
“This is the first time we have collaborated with a Premiership football club in the UK, and we are thrilled to add West Bromwich Albion to our other exciting sporting partners such as Wimbledon and MotoGP,” said Hertz International President Michel Taride. “Football fans will benefit from discounted car rental, meaning they can get to home and away matches easily and comfortably in a Hertz car of their choice all year round.”
