Hertz Appoints Mike Senackerib Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer

Senackerib joins Hertz from Kraft Foods where he served as senior vice president and general manger, Nabisco Biscuit division.

Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. announced that Mike Senackerib has been named senior vice president, chief marketing officer for The Hertz Corporation.

"Mike's outstanding professional background demonstrates his ability to deliver world class marketing and operational results in highly competitive product segments,” said Mark P. Frissora, Hertz's chairman and CEO. “Mike's experience leveraging well-known, brand name products gives him the ability to direct Hertz's many new and upcoming marketing initiatives worldwide and to lead our global marketing, pricing and yield management teams."

Senackerib first joined Kraft Foods in 1988 and rejoined the company in 1996 after working for Campbell Soup Company from 1992 to 1996 where he held increasingly senior marketing positions.

While at Kraft Foods he developed global advertising and marketing campaigns for Oreo cookies, Milka chocolate, Ritz crackers and Toblerone chocolate, among many other Kraft food products. In operational and marketing capacities, he led several product launches resulting in over $100 million sales globally.

Senackerib holds a B.A. from Lafayette College and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
