Ranked as the world's largest general-use airport car rental brand, Hertz serves its customers from approximately 8,200 locations in 146 countries. Hertz selected the Peopleclick Authoria talent management suite due to its global, scalable and configurable capabilities for effectively managing the employee lifecycle and identifying future organizational leaders.

"Here at Hertz, each employee has an impact on our customer satisfaction and on our business at large. As a global company committed to continually strengthening and acknowledging our workforce, we needed a solution that would help us easily identify top performing employees to ensure proper succession planning, compensation and recognition," said LeighAnne Baker, Hertz senior vice president and chief human resources officer. "Peopleclick Authoria enhances visibility into our talent and provides us with a more formalized approach to compensation, succession and performance, ensuring consistency throughout our organization and continuity for the customers we serve around the world."

"Core drivers of corporate success are customer service, satisfaction and loyalty. Hertz is an excellent example of this. Building the right model for your customers begins with the identification, development and retention of the MVPs who make up your team. We understand the talent management challenges faced by companies looking to build strong leaders and reward top performing employees," said Joe Licata, president and CEO of Peopleclick Authoria. "We provide the analytics necessary to make the right decisions at the right time, a hallmark of high-performance organizations such as Hertz."
