Hertz Saudi Arabia launched its new website on Jan. 27 in response to the increase of online shopping in the region.

The company said a growing number of car rental users in Saudi Arabia are expected to turn to the Internet for their next trip. The new website will allow customers to research and book rental vehicles.

Customers who book online can earn frequent flyer miles from Hertz global airline partners or receive points from Hertz hotel partners.

“Convenience is always a top priority for our customers when it comes to planning their travel arrangements,” said Hertz Franchisee Al Wasilah Rent a Car Chairman Ali Alireza. “Accordingly, we're providing our customers with a range of convenient ways to book a Hertz car such as this new website and through our recently launched 24/7 English and Arabic call center.”
