Throughout 2017, Hertz received a total of 75 awards for its customer service, loyalty program and corporate responsibility.

Recently, Hertz was recognized by the 2017 Travel Weekly Readers Choice Awards as the Best Domestic and International Car Rental Company. Travel Weekly magazine also recognized Hertz this year with a Gold Magellan Award for its travel blog.

Additionally, Hertz was named World's Leading Car Rental Company in the 2017 World Travel Awards; the Best Rental Car Company in the World in Business Traveler USA’s annual Best in Business Travel Survey; the Best Car Rental Company in Global Traveler’s 2017 GT Tested Reader Survey Awards; and Best Car Rental Company and Best Travel Agent Support in Recommend magazine’s 2017 Readers' Choice Awards.
FlyerTalk voted Hertz Gold Plus Rewards the Best Rewards Program in the Drive category across every geographic region in the world for the sixth consecutive year.
Other notable accolades include Hertz’s sixth consecutive Women's Choice Award for America's Most Recommended Car Rental Services in multiple categories and the 2017 Corporate Responsibility Champion Award from the Council of Corporate Responsibility in partnership with the National Diversity Council.
