This International Car Rental Show seminar will explore how AI could transform car rental, by starting with a discussion of general theories and leading to specific-use cases.

Then attendees will get the chance to interact with a live chatbot to understand how AI can handle more complex customer service interactions, with opportunities for 24/7 access, improved CSI, and more efficient use of their team members.

The discussion will feature Vassilis Devletoglou as a panelist. Serving as the founder and managing director of Wheels Car Rental System, Devletoglou has focused on the user experience and technology in the car rental and mobility industry.

The “AI for Car Rental” seminar will be moderated by Martin Romjue, Bobit Fleet Group managing editor and Auto Rental News managing editor

The International Car Rental Show will be held April 15-17, 2024, at Horseshoe Las Vegas. Registration is open, and early bird pricing ends March 15.
